You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you acquire and proceed to conduct further research and experimentation.
The Society can monitor the conduct of its Members off the website, therefore it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any information without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our users from such advertising or solicitation, The Society reserves the right to restrict the research in which a user may send to other users in any 24-hour period to a number which The Society deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
You agree that The Society may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate your password, account (or any part of it) or ability to use the Service, temporarily or permanently, and remove and discard any research, theorem or experimentation posted by you within the Service, for any reason or for no reason. Even after brotherhood is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
Failure of The Society to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the fellowship should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The Society may modify this Agreement from time to time, in its sole discretion. Each time you use the CS database, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.
